Jimmy Flowers, Broker-In-Charge

Jimmy Flowers began his career in real estate more than 20 years ago and is a licensed commercial real estate broker in N.C., S.C., GA. and IL. He is also a member of ULI, BOMA, CoreNet, CRCBR and ICSC as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Jimmy was a founding partner of The Nichols Company and returned in July 2017 as the Broker-in-Charge.

Jimmy's past endeavors include co-founding Abundant Power along with Shannon Smith in 2008 and serving as the managing director of TARIS Real Estate where he was actively involved in the acquisition and equity sourcing for TARIS Real Estate’s real estate investments. He was also a partner at Succession Capital Partners, a specialty investment and advisory firm investing in real estate opportunities and operating companies. Presently, he remains an Operating Partner managing SCP’s – Single Tenant Net Lease vehicle. Mr. Flowers was also the Founder and President of Carolina Income Property Group responsible for originating, developing, managing and exiting real estate investments. Prior to this, Mr. Flowers was a strategic partner in the development of Morrison Plantation – a 500-acre mixed-use development in Mooresville, NC.

Mr. Flowers holds a BA in philosophy from Wheaton College and a Masters of Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jimmy enjoys an active life with his wife and 3 children.
