Edward Fahey, Director of Property Management

Edward joined the Nichols Company in 2013 as Property Manager. Ed is directly responsible for all aspects of asset and property management services. Prior to The Nichols Company, Ed owned Gvest Management, a real estate management company. Edward began his real estate career more than 22 years ago managing residential and office properties in central Connecticut. He served as the General Manager for Urban Retail in Chicago from 1997 to 2001 and the Vice President of Colliers Pinkard until 2006. Prior to returning to Colliers in 2011, Ed managed a privately owned retail and office investment portfolio totaling over 300,000 square feet with a value in excess of $100 million. Edward graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Management. He has a NC Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time on Lake Norman and playing golf and tennis.
